I've had this product for a while now and it's performed ok. Only ok because I initially had problems with the door jamming and reprogramming the code. I contacted the company about reprogramming and their instructions have not produced any results. I may reengage in the future but for now I am still not satisfied with that. The door jam has fixed itself over time. I utilize the vault successfully as a first physical means to keeping little/idle hands from getting my guns and yet keeping them close. open to input on reprogramming the code.
