This light is great for use on a music stand. With two light bulbs, it easily casts light over the entire music stand. I don't like the blue light that you get from LED lamps. The bulbs that you use in this lamp can be either clear for lots of bright light, or soft for a more subtle light. I personally buy the clear bulbs for my aging eyes.

It is expensive compared to most clip on LED stand lights but you won't buy another one after you have used this lamp. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I use this lamp on sturdy Manhasset music stands.
