This is honestly the biggest waste of money I believe I have ever dropped in the hole. I have never written a complaint but this product has so many things wrong with it I want to warn any buyer.
1)Extreme choking hazard: every single piece is being held by cheap plastic. I had to use pliers to tighten each piece and I am still concerned it will fall apart. We are still debating even leaving it up due to the choking capability.
2)My husband had to go to Home Depot and buy appropriate bolts because the bolts supplied did not fit whatsoever.
3)There are only instructions on how to put the actual chandelier lamp together.
4)There are no instructions on how to put together each crystal piece together and how to put the hearts on the pieces. They do not fit! We printed off the picture and have spent hours looking at the photo to guess how it is supposed to go.
5)You will literally receive about 200 free flowing crystals and hearts you have to guess the assembly.
6)We thought we would save money this way and I wish I would have never purchased it. We should have bought a pricier one that was well assembled and easy to put up.
