This item was on back-order so long I almost kept my old fixture, but when it came I was very impressed. First it was very carefully packed in a well-designed container. It came with enough chain to swag it anywhere in the room (not mentioned in listing and I was worried). It is not a huge fixture (great for my small dining room but hard to tell from the illustration). In addition to the metal flowers it had a scattering of "crystals" not obvious in the picture. They also included extra crystals and a tool to install them!
This is a good quality item, shipped well, and they included all the items needed for installation.
