As part of our bathroom remodel, we opted to purchased this unit, instead of another brand, based on our contractor's recommendation. The unit works good, and we like the large head. However, the handle does not set flush against the face plate, as the valve stem sticks out too far. I argued with my contractor and his plumber, and ended up calling Moen. Unfortunately they all said the same thing. If the wall construction was 2x6, the valve would not have stuck out so far, and the handle would have sat closer to the face plate. But my inside contraction is 2x4, which is the code for interior walls. Only exterior walls are 2x6.

Besides that problem, it is a nice unit. But for our second bathroom, we will look for a new model, perhaps a different brand altogether. I'm not happy overall with how it looks, so I can't recommend it.
