We have purchased over a dozen Quoizel fixtures of late. This arrived without the bulbs--the box and directions said bulbs were included. Other Quoizel Taylor fixtures came with bulbs. The bulbs are about $4 each and thus, this is not a minor issue. Also, another fixture came with a broken shade. We contacted Quoizel directly in both cases and they were not helpful. Referred us back to the vendor, who referred us back to Quoizel. It is a well made and attractive product deserving of five stars, except for the unhelpful costumer service at Quoizel.
