Everything comes as described. I like the fact the lighting is bright, it actually compensates for the poor fan lighting (matching 52-inch ceiling fan) that is in the same room. The downside is the installation since the screws holdiing the base plate don't allow for much variability installation since the screws protrude through the base and rely on a screw cap which is only so deep. Need to cut the screws to ensure the caps fit snuggly against base cap to hold against the ceiling.
