My sister in law had one of these and I bought one from amazon as soon as I saw it. It took forever to arrive but we love it. The steps have traction on it and it allows for the kids to be involved while I am preparing meals. It is also easier for them to help cook. No more wobbly chairs and they can get up and down by themselves. It took my husband only a couple of minutes to put together and it is nice and solid. Wish I had it earlier.

UPDATE: Still, I wish I had found this earlier. It has been almost a year since buying it. The traction collects gunk and is hard to clean. This is the only negative I have for this. I put felt sliders on the bottom so when the boys drag it across the floor it does not damage the hardwood floors. I also use it to reach the cupboard above the refrigerator. LOVE IT!
