Would have gave 5 stars with the exception of how it is packaged. The Ballast is only 15 in by 3 in wide but weights 40 lbs. The shippers dropped it a few times because both sides had the bolting ears bent back. In defense of the shippers, this box should have the weight printed in large bold red letters stating its weight. It is easy to see that it can catch anyone off gaurd picking it up and having it slip out of your hand, because you don't expect a little package to weigh that much. But so far so good, it is working fine so hopefully no damage was done.
