The BF90MH is equipped with dual speed motion sensor, humidity sensor and adjustable delay timer. The perfection of performance, functionality and efficiency!
Motion:
Innovative dual speed technology will run continuously at a preset low speed and boost to full speed when the integrated motion sensor detects occupancy in the room. The fan unit will return to the preset low speed after a period of user adjustable duration when the room is vacated.
Humidity:
The SE90QH humidity sensing fan uses a sophisticated humidity sensor that responds to 1). moderate to rapid (user-adjustable) increase in humidity or 2). humidity above a user-adjustable set-point (50% to 100% relative humidity).
Delay Timer

Here is my take on this fan:

Pros:
----
1) Very quiet. Even more quiet than the "ultra silent" fan I got from Lowes.
2) The light bulb that comes with the fan is a daylight bulb, and very bright.
3) Relatively cheap compared to other brands.

Cons:
----
1) The grille that came with the fan has very large openings. This makes it much easier for dust and other stuff to get inside the fan, and it is somewhat unsightly when looking at the fan.
2) The spring holding up the grille does not seem to work very well. The fan drops slightly from the ceiling and there is a visible gap that could be seen when the fan + light is turned on.
3) The light uses a GU24 type bulb, and not a standard E26/E27 type. This makes CFL replacements somewhat expensive if your region offer rebates for standard CFLs. That said, you can switch the GU24 lampholder for a standard one if you know your electrical connections.
4) Questionable quality and warranty - if you take some time to look at the instruction packet that comes with the package, you can clearly tell that the instructions were not original and was copied from a NuTone branded fan. There are various errors and inconsistencies about the product and virtually there is no reliable information about the warranty of this product. If you were to get this fan, assume that the product is sold as-is.

This product also comes with a 4W nightlight that might be useful in some situations. However, if you have a switched circuit that turns on the fan, the night light is pretty much useless.
