All Delta products I've used have been good. This valve is no exception. It does control a variety of shower options and it is nice it is preassembled. This must be installed precisely relative to the finished wall surface. The instructions are awful. I have found a lot of Delta installation info pretty poor. I did call Delta help line - and they answered quickly and were very helpful - just not on weekends when I tried to do this. So this is why 4 stars and not 5.
