Westbrass D271-26 Polished Chrome Instant Hot Water Dispenser Faucet Only Review

I purchased this faucet to replace a leaking faucet that continued to drip long after I stopped dispensing hot water. I have had an instant hot water now for 4 years and already had to replace the tubing that went from faucet to hot water tank due to tubing splitting. That was easy to replace entire tube from tip to tank but now it split again so I temporary fixed with splice but now issue was dripping always long after stopped dispensing.

The faucet was so easy to swap with original one and longest part was getting under counter to loosen nut so I could remove faucet (corner cabinet and not much room to work in). In less than 20 minutes I had new faucet installed and no more leaks! I wish the tube lasted longer as it gets soft and then splits dumping water under the counter and I realize low flow from faucet. It is easy to replace tubing but should last longer than 2 years.

Very happy with seller and was at a good price point (was considering whole setup was about 190) and will see how long before this either leaks from tube or does not "stop" flow fully.

not that great. If you have 36 different people you can each hand a key then maybe it will work. each of the 36 locks has a separate key. so what on earth needs only one lock to turn it off. usually need about 6 or more locks. You would need a set that is keyed alike to be useful for most lock out stations. I purchased it because I needed the hanging board for locks i purchased elsewhere and somehow it was cheaper with the locks than without. go figure. so it works for what i needed. I left the locks out with the keys for the guys to take if they want them for free.

Milwaukee 6176-20 15 Amp 14-Inch Abrasive Cutoff Machine Review

I love Milwaukee, however the problems I have with this chopsaw is the time consuming process of changing from 90 degree cuts to 45 degree cuts. The wrench that comes with it is weak. I usually have to dig out my socket set each time I want to change degree cuts. I think the handle could also be re designed to a perpendicular grip to the blade like the DeWalt chop saw. Finally, a better clamping system for angle iron would be an improvement- the metal wants to slip out of place regardless of how much you crank down on the clamp.
