I love my new wall sconces! I bought a pair of these from Amazon, and they arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition. The rich golden bronze finish would coordinate with a wide range of metals, and the glass shades have gold striations that add a soft glow. At 240 watts (four 60-watt bulbs) for the pair, they are not quite as bright as I had hoped because of the color of the shades, but they do reflect light off the ceiling, which helps. We had them installed in our living room flanking a painting, and added a dimmer so they can be used for general lighting, "mood" lighting or even pretty nightlights. The design is unique and lovely. Highly recommended.
