I really like this Danze single handle faucet, although I wasn't familiar with this brand. My husband said this is a nicely constructed faucet, nice and solid. When we first received it and opened the box, as much as we liked the look of it, we thought it looked kind of large for our small bathroom and hesitated to install it. But it was so nicely made we decided to go ahead and my husband installed it without any problems. Once it was in we thought it looked even better than we imagined and it works great. The single handle is smooth and easy to use. Nothing drips. It comes with a nice shiny deck plate to cover any existing sink holes if needed, which we used. Overall, the price was very reasonable and we are very pleased with it.

Sylvania SA310 40 Amp 120-Volt Single-Pole Zip Set Outdoor Industrial Timer Review

I had to replace the old rusty Intermatic timer for the pool motor, and came across this SA310 model. This is the nicest low cost digital model that I found. After using it for a couple months it works great! The buttons feel nice and overall has a well-built solid feel to the unit. I think this will last for many years. However there is one thing I wish it had (the reason for 4 stars on the review instead of 5): you can set 4 different custom timers, but you can only choose one of these modes at a time so the device will only turn on and off one time per day. In other words you can't turn something on at 2pm turn it off at 3pm then back on again at 5 pm and off again at 6pm. That's impossible with this unit; instead there's only one on/off cycle, but you can manually switch between 4 of these cycles (plus the zip set and random settings). Other than this minor gripe about this missing feature, it is a wonderful timer.

This product was very effective in making my deck look great. The color is beautiful and after a very wet summer it still looks like the day I put it down. I bleached the greying pressure treated wood and then rented a floor sander to sand the old finish off the deck. Then after about a rare 3 days without rain I applied this TWP. It's been the rainiest summer in 110 years (as far back as records go) and this has held up perfectly.
