Hooyman 10' Extendible Tree Saw Review

Have used this several times and I can say that it is pretty sturdy so far. The saw portion could be a little better, takes a little extra effort to cut. Seems to be the best out there if u want to reach 10 ft+. I wrap it with a section of rigid pipe insulation to keep it from banging around when carrying into the field. I will update if anything happens with it.

We were looking for a bathroom radio that would compliment the other brushed nickel fixtures in our new renovation without looking tacky or cheesy like many others. Kohler did a fantastic job matching their look and keeping the radio sleek yet functional. The external headphone jack is a great way to listen to your iPod.

The external power source can be cumbersome if not planning for it ahead of time. We were able to put an extra outlet behind our cabinet giving us a sleek and clean look without exposed wires. We were able to mount these on the wall rather than to a medicine cabinet to showcase them.

Bought this hose to use with The Dust Deputy DIY, and Festool 583492 CT 26 E HEPA Dust Extractor.
According to the description, the hose comes with a rotating connector and a reduce sleeve, but when I receive the hose, I found it has the rotating connector on both of its ends. Which is actually what I want, my intention is to use to it to connect the CT26 and the Dust Deputy, so this saves me to buy another Festool 452896 Antistatic Rotating Connector For D 50 Antistatic Hose.

This hose works very well with the Dust Deputy, and the 2.5m length works pretty well too, not too long, and is more than eough to connects the CT26 to the DD sit on type of a box I build myself which then put on top of the CT 26.

The AS version of the 50mm hose is more expensive than the non-AS version, but I hate static, and the green color looks better.

Kenroy Home 20970BS Roarke Tree Lamp, Brushed Steel Review

As the description says, this lamp is brushed steel with white glass shades. The glass is frosted not glossy, is packaged well and arrived in Hawaii unbroken. If it can make it 2000 miles across the ocean, I'm sure its packed well enough. Its easy to assemble, with a simple "O" ring to attach the shade to the lamp, and three pieces of tubular steel to make up the stem of the lamp.

I use 3 CFL's in the lamp, and its nice because you can turn on one, two, or all three of the bulbs. There is no dimmer however. Other than that, its solid construction and I can see it lasting a long time. I am satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid (under a hundred) however if it were to exceed that, I might have considered other options.
